Injustice, and my nursing baby.

I am light.

What is the plot twist in your story?
Which one, there have been, and continue to be many. I write about some of them in ‘the spoken word’.

How far have you travelled from home?
I am home. I am always finding ways to return home, to myself.

Who is your favourite poet?
Rumi. Hafez. And modern poets like: Hala alyan, Nayyirah WaheeD, and of course Audre Lorde.
